Very good first consultation with Dr. Jacques, and he listened carefully to my husband's symptoms and history. Suggested an echocardiogram and that happened and results received within the month. We've just had the follow up telephone call appt sent for next week, and face to face appt for October-all very efficiently organised. Very pleased to be under Dr. Jacques care.

Having listened to my symptoms of intermittent chest pains which lasted just a few minutes and which two other Doctors had believed it to be heart outer tissue inflammation. Dr Adam Jacques decided that with my family history and pains under my right elbow that a Coronary Anagram would be performed. This showed a blockage of 99% to my LAD and a XIENCE stent was placed. I just want to say the Dr Adam Jacques judgement and procedure was exemplary. I can’t thank him or rate his professionalism and judgement.
